During our recent family vacation at Beach House, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the access to local amenities. The staff were noticeably busy, yet they maintained a cheerful demeanor, making check-in smooth. The room was well equipped, with clean sheets and towels, and the air conditioning was efficient-though I'd advise adjusting the bed placement for optimal comfort. The hotel's location is advantageous, being near the Twin Waters Golf Club and Ferntree Creek National Park, which made family outings enjoyable. We even took advantage of the digital television for evening entertainment. At a reduced price of $95, the value was reasonable considering the accessibility to shopping centers and banks.
